Our Signature Dark Roast coffee is from the Sierra Madre del Sur coastal mountain ranges of Oaxaca, Mexico, and tastes like the richest history of Mexico. I have always wanted to roast a Dark Roast like this: rich, full-bodied, chocolatey, velvety, and full of strength. This coffee is produced by the Coordinadora Estatal de Productores de Café del Estado de Oaxaca (CEPCO) who created this alliance of producers to ensure their families are taken care of. The generational knowledge and history of CEPCO make this coffee what it is: RICH.
Coffee Origins
We purchase green coffee from Royal Coffee Inc. to produce our Dark, Medium, and Light roasts. Our current Dark Roast is a coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico, produced by the Coordinadora Estatal de Productores de Café del Estado de Oaxaca (CEPCO). Learn more here!
